Standard Shipping
Standard shipping will ship via USPS priority mail or UPS ground. In order to best serve our customers our logistics team will determine the method that will get your package(s) delivered the quickest. Factors considered when selecting the delivery service include package type, weight, and destination. Standard shipping generally takes 3 – 7 business days delivery time.
Expedited Orders
Expediting shipments can become costly! For this reason, it is best to call or email us to determine the most cost efficient and effective method of expediting orders.
Tracking Shipments
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number(s) of your package(s). You can track your order and review your order details on the www.YSsupply.com My Account page.

Inventory and Lead Times
We do our best to update inventory availability daily, but demand can fluctuate quickly. If your order contains both in stock and out of stock items, available items will ship first. When the remainder of the order comes in, it will ship separately. This does not affect shipping costs. We will communicate any extended delays and allow you to adjust your order accordingly.

Shipping Information Entry
All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If the delivery service cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to YS Plumbing Supply and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. If after the package returns to YS Plumbing Supply, a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees.
International Orders​
We currently do not offer shipping to locations outside of the United States. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, YS Plumbing Supply cannot be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by the delivery service, YS Plumbing Supply is no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that merchandise purchased through YS Plumbing Supply is only warranted within the United States.
